The Basic GLP Course includes:

• 18.25 hours of interactive classroom instruction
• 13.75 hours of one-on-one in-car training
• 6 months off your N (providing they drive prohibition & accident-free during 7N phase)
• 2 High School credits to High School students
• NOTE: This package doesn't offer the road test package. The student would be responsible for booking this privately and using their own vehicle.

To book a road test package with IXL, please call, text or email the office. Road test package is 2 hours and 15 minutes in length.

• IXL books the road test with ICBC
• Pick up and drop off in Nelson City limits
• 60-minute warm up lesson before road test
• Use of IXL car for the road test (45 minutes in length)

Students must be prepared to pay $35 for ICBC test, $75 for license, and have their license and second piece of ID. ICBC requires 48 hours to cancel their road test or students will be charged a cancellation fee thru ICBC as well as IXL Driver Training.
